Blocking different angles of my abdomen has had the most profound impact on chronic lower back pain and concomitant migraine headaches I have experienced for well over 30 years. I am a healthcare professional and have tried many different holistic ways to heal from the pain. Many had ephemeral effects but blocking has been the most transformational. I’m still pinching myself 😉

What a gift, the honesty of Lynn was life-saving for me since she was speaking my story. Your kindness coming from a gentle core was beautiful. When you shared that there were so many times you wanted to share in the group and didn't I hope you do, such a gift you are to many who want to nod their head and feel they have found their community

Lyn's openness is a gift for all. Now people know they are not alone. Thanks for listening.

I identify with how hard it is to get people to understand the practice so that they can feel the benefits. My friends just think I’m mad but the facebook group is a wonderful support and encouragement.

We've all been there. We do have an amazing group! Thank you for listening.

So glad you mentioned Acupuncture as well. As an acupuncturist I refer my clients to block therapy often. ❤ sounds like you’re feeling those fascial planes. Very exciting!

What an amazing story! I feel I've been on quite a similar journey with chronic pain, being overweight and nothing ever working. I'm going to suggest rubbing any type of oil on your body specically your joints. I believe we need to topically create a slippery feeling for the fascia, nerves, tissues etc to move freely. I use mineral oil, olive oil, almond oil, just any of them!! Every nook and cranny especially your scalp and ears!! Good luck!
@FluidisometricsАй бұрын
Hi there! Internally hydrating would be best to lubricate the fascia for ease of movement. Topically, castor oil would be a good choice.

Love that - renaming weight loss as Size loss .. comes to mind for me I'll call it size optimising .. feels MUch better Thank You - especially as a lot of the weight I've piled on is fluid (& emotion, & toxins as you mention) 🙏💗✨

Lynn, maybe consider prolotherapy injections for joint stabilization. It has helped with my hypermobility

I deal with a lot of pain off and on. I’ve watched a webinar with Cyrus and you and did the blocking that was demonstrated. I’ve tried to do some on my own by following some of your videos. I’m interested in doing more. Where is the best place to start? And I noticed you have a on demand tv membership, would love to know the cost of that if possible.
@FluidisometricsАй бұрын
Hi Margie! The best place to start is with our Starter Program. Here is a link: blocktherapy.com/starer-package-store/ The Starter Program comes with: - Block Buddy - 12 classes - approximately 30 mins in length that cover the entire body - Educational videos - pdf's of all positions - Breast and Lung Health virtual intensive - Access to the free monthly classes - A 7 day free trial in the membership All of the above is yours for life, with the exception of the free trial in membership. Cost of our membership is (in USD): $49 a month $117 - 3 months $397 - 12 months I hope this helps!

Wonderful testimony. How old is her left arm tattoo? Symptoms were pre or post injecting the dye and creating mass amounts of scar tissue?

Hi there! No she doesn't, but she has a team behind her that does the assessments now. Check it out via this link: blocktherapy.com/assessments/

Is it safe to do this alone? I am 78 years old and I care for my husband who is 88. I am afraid of going through a detox and not being able to do my daily routine.
@FluidisometricsАй бұрын
Hi Jeanne. It is safe as long as you listen to your body. How we detox is unique to everyone. If you start slow, with one position a day, you can work your way up to doing more, until you can do a full class. You can do it on the floor, or a bed.

but why did she lose weight, whats the mechanism ?
@FluidisometricsАй бұрын
Its a combination of things. There was a study back in 2014 that said 84% of weight loss comes from our exhalation. In addition we are creating space in our bodies that allow our organs to work optimally. This means you are eliminating better, digesting better etc.
