Hi Paul, the current advice with rumen fluke is not to treat unless there are clear clinical signs, as the clinical relevance of it is still under debate, especially in sheep. It's a discussion to have with your vet, but I wouldn't recommend just treating for it at a specific time of year, 👍🏼
