had a lot of good finds in this quarry and others close by . Thold gregory mine is worth a look as is Fall Hill .

Thank you my friend, i have been to Fall Hill Quarry and had a lovely time, didn't fluorescent hunt it though, but it is on the list, it's tough to find things in there as the juicy vein is under dangerous waters now, but if you dig around a bit you may strike it lucky like i did once, i found a 35'ish kg suspicious rock that i cracked open, one half had a beautiful sheet of clear 1cm cubed fluorite and on the other half was a stunning sheet of quartz 5mm clear points, a bit like the style of dogtooth calcite, but this stuff scratched glass. I've been back a few times since but had no such luck, they were smelting in there by the looks of it, hope they left some crystal behind! I checked out Gregory mine also, a beautiful place to visit, however the spoil heaps have been depleted so much i really didn't find anything great up there, was all very very worn and weathered, never got to see the entrance to the mine if there is one, but it's a nice place to mooch about for a bit. Check out Moss Rake when you can, there are three sections to it, i tried the 1st section but is used heavily by bikes, the second one is fun, there is an old mine entrance in there but is blocked off a little way in, tons of Barite there, it shall be my next vid hopefully, when the weather has calmed down a little. Ladywash Mine was once good, but it is difficult to obtain awesome specimens now, again dig dig dig and hope for the best ⛏👍💎 Take care my friend, thanks for your comment!!

I know right 🤩 it's just one favorite after another after another, and that wasn't all of them either, that's just the stuff i got on camera. I had the time of my life in there. My ultimate fav was the mental yellow zig-zag one at 31:32 and the that one you love at 35:30, but the fluorescent plant was also super cool, never seen anything like it, it's like beingin the movie 'Advatar', also what was mad was the blue slug, when i first saw it it was bright green under uv, then i accidently touched it and it started 'sliming' (eww) and it turned bright blue! I only got the 'blue' on camera coz i didn't know it would change colour lol, next time i'll try to get the colour change on camera. Thats really good to hear and very kind of you to say so, the music is essential to create the mystical magical vibez, i fear that if do any commentary it would break that vibe, i guess thats what makes this channel unique. I was up there today I did not think to bring a UV torch though there were some nice chunks about . Defiantly a hard hat area , top video iNst geodetector

That's nice to hear! Me too, the odd bit of nice purple fluorite here and there, but i haven't found 1cm+ cubed purple there as yet, lots of nice clear and amber though. Check out my Milltown Fluorite Geode find if you haven't already, defo my best piece so far. Would love to see what you have found there. Next next vid will be High Rake/Bow Quarry so stay tuned for that. I'm hoping to fulfill lots of decent vids of quarries but im still learning decent locations so if you have any recommended quarries it would be hugely appreciated and i can make a UV vid there for us to enjoy 👍 Take care, all the best 🙏
