Thank you for always providing thoughtful content that addresses our struggles! If you need some tips for future content videos and think it is relevant, I would be interested in a video that shows the pros and cons of working for an agency. I find the process of acquiring clients and managing projects to be more challenging than the work itself of strategizing and building a website. Working for an agency could be an option to focus solely on my skills without having to deal with those extra tasks (which are not paid anyway). I would love to hear from experienced freelancers about their insights on this.

*IMPORTANT* You spelled *niching* as *gnashing* 😮 Gnashing is what a dog does when he snaps his teeth together! A *niche* is originally a small recess in a wall or a ledge on a steep climb. Metaphorically, it is used to refer to a small segment of a market which offers secure income. I want to know what you think of doing freebies in order to 1. Build up a portfolio 2. Establish good will towards your business in the local community My own experience is that offering freebies is generally a bad idea. 1. It is seldom appreciated 2. Working for free cheapens your skills in the eyes of clients - which makes them far more critical of your work 3. Not being paid is demotivating

I don't think they're going to answer. What about cheap instead of free? Works for me. The people who make these videos are out of touch because they only create courses and videos.
