I had spinal surgery and after 37 years of casting my form now a mess. I learned that I am creeping and apply to much force at the end to overcompensate for my loss of muscle. Great refresher! Thanks

Thanks for the tutorial. Ive noticed my fly casting has regressed recently and now I've been able to realize that i was creeping forward after the backcast.

@@MidCurrentflyfishing Yes - I "knew" wind knots were casting errors made to sound like "they happen". The demonstrations in the video were very visual and for a dude like me, helps a lot to " see" what's going on. I'll watch this a few more times (at least)!
