Dam that's pretty crazy I never would of thought to try catching a marlin with a fly rod. It feels good just catching a 5-6 lb bass at our local ponds. We usually use fly rods to fish rivers, streams, and occasionally at a lake. That's probably the biggest fish I've seen caught on a fly rod, props to that dude for catching that Marlin. I've gotta say you guys look like an awesome boat and charter to fish with. I'll have to book a trip with you guys next time we're down there. We've got a place at marina sol, and los barriles. You guys know how to have a good time and are always on the fish. 👍👍

Nice fly trolling. Hahahaha. Should say fishing for marlin with fly rod. Not fly fishing by any means. Read up your IGFA rules for fly fishing. Get your captain and crew to come to Costa Rica and I can give you class on how to fly fish offshore.
