Brazilian listening! I missed more jazz language in the cellist’s phrases during his solo, and the cello’s volume is too low on the mix, what a pity...! I think there was a wrong note on the melody too, right? Well, the rest is ok, the suits are cool, etc... but I think the mixing could be better, you guys are doing well.

@@MarceloDuarteMusic kinda the wrong piano sound, too wet... sounds like it's in a different room. Eh. Still cool.

John Stuart the sound is barely there, so how can you “love the tone”?

I just feel that the cello should be a bit louder and the drums were a bit too loud, the bass could've been a bit louder too.

If I may so bold as to offer a suggestion to the cellist. Please play in higher range of cello! It will cut through the mix better!! LOVE YOUR PLAYING BRO!!

I also think playing closer to the bridge will help, but it might make the sound slightly hard

you did a good job but why does the bass player have a 8x10 stack lol

well the bass player is me lol why? you don’t like big amps?
@DanielKodiak3 жыл бұрын
have those drums been tuned yet? lol. Also he should have used lighter sticks or a different ride because it kind of hides you. You sound good, my primary instrument is cello and second is drumset if you couldnt tell. I hope you're still jamming.

Why is he playing with a mute on his d and g strings
@monkeysock994 жыл бұрын
Having your mute on the strings below the bridge doesn't change the way the instrument sounds, and is just a place a lot of cellists, myself included, just keep it. That way, when you need to use it, you can just slide it up and on top of the bridge, then just slide it back down when you are done!

No bueno. The cello sounds like it’s trying to hide it’s sound.
