Thanks for the vid, really killer fly down on the Little Lehigh were it was developed. But I had a 100 plus fish day on the N. Platte in wyoming on this fly micro nymphing it so I guess it works well anywhere with brown midges.

Hi Jim I just love your fly tying videos.They are simple for me as a beginner and what I love the most is that you cover a wide variety of salmon and steellhead fly's. Unfortunately my tackle store does not carry a multitude of hackle, feathers and so on...Can you provide me with a website where I can purchase fly tying material.Best regards Dan Lantin

Hi Dan, Thanks for the kind words. When I buy hackle (dry fly hackle) I do it in person, usually at one of the Shows. Soft (Hen hackle) can be bought online with no worries. Featheremporium dot com has Whiting hackle. They seem to be good prices. I would trust them to give you want you ask for. The rest of my material I usually get through ebay. I do a lot of searching before I buy. I've starting using hooks by GreenCaddis dot com they have good prices and I trust the hooks. Parkerflies and Docs' fly box on ebay are pretty good. Im surprised you have never heard of it..It was developed for PA's limestone streams by the late Al Miller..
