Nice variant, love it !!! I tie flies same way I cook: I can't follow a recipe word by word, I always make a twist. That's why I like this variant. And thanks for the comment about this crazy times... agree with you, good time to stock fly boxes and be with love ones. Stay safe man!

Simon Smith i’d say tie a row of each! And if youre really nerdy fish with all 3 over the season and keep a record of your catches for every given fly. 👍🏻

Waiting for the water to rise , Peacock makes everything better . Funny how a Pandemic put me back to my roots , the fish will be here soon . I’m getting caught up . Last time I tied flys I had to mix a bunch of resins in dexy cups and make a spinning wheel dryer I’m waiting on my stuff and totally stoked again . Should I get the loon thin as my first start ?

Joe Shoe Depends on what you want to use it for? For building heads i would use the regular or Classic or whatever they Call the one that is’nt thick or thin.. 😅 i never use thin nor thick.. not because i dont want to but more because im so used to the regular type..
