8:20 It's a bit confusing but you can order a "kid's meal" as a special meal request (like where the vegan and gluten free options are) 24+ hours prior to the flight. It's not fantastic in my experience though and is probably better to let them pick at the options on the normal menu.

It’s Premium Economy not Upper Class and they do have a dedicated cabin.
