Dreamlike lake! Thanks for sharing. When those winds kick up that's when to switch over to a big dry. The winds will toss the bugs out of the air and trees and onto the water and it's on.

I spend a month in Estes Park every fall and spring but your vids make me want to load up the truck and take off for the San Juan for a few days. Awesome job dude. You inspire the adventure in us old guys. Keep on keeping on.

Wow! What a beautiful scenic 😊lake! Loved the footage!!! Impressed how confident you were hiking down to that lake! The scenery was absolutely beautiful! Those fish had great colors !!! -- I just returned from fishing the current river in Missouri where you caught that Big Brown - I caught a nice one there also! That video is why I watch all your videos now🎣🎣🎣

Fantastic video Mike. I like your philosophical narrative in the background of the video. The quality of your films is very high. I can find videos of people catching fish all day on youtube. What you add with these little touches make your short films a must watch . This one had just a touch of Hemingway's Big Two Hearted River to it. You have clearly found your niche ... high quality story telling. Keep it up. Your videos of the west are so good Mike. Wild fish in wild places... great job.
