I feel really bad for the team on the blue line in the third round- They were quicker but they lost because of box issues, in both runs.

Some people wrap their dog’s legs with vet wrap to prevent the mats from burning their paws, as well as to provide extra traction!

Someone described flyball as a competitive dog sport created for and by people too fat and unfit to run agility. Harsh and pretty unfair but still tickled me to no end 😂

It’s not just Flyball. The main Crufts show is dominated by immense fat women handlers thundering round in hideously tight suits. It’s great to see these fantastic-looking dogs, but the aesthetics are ruined by the horrible-looking women. Is there not a single woman handler with a slim figure?

22:38 “Then you’ve got the human side of it, they’ve got to be fit…” Really? Fit? I’ve never seen a group of people with a higher proportion of huge overweight lumps. I can’t imagine a better example of unfit. It would be far more entertaining to see the humans try to do the Flyball run. Most of them couldn’t run if their life depended on it.

sure flyball can cause injuries, but then again so can running around in the backyard, being overweight, playing ball or frisbee with their owners and riding loose in the car. These dogs are happy, have a great time and an amazing bond with their humans and are well cared for.
