Alolan Ninetales has quickly become one of my favourite pokemon after using it in Violet. Snow warning and blizzards make for a pretty good bulky and specially offensive pokemon.

SAME! I've been using a Prankster Whimsicott to set up Tailwind, then Snow Warning Alolan Ninetails to set up Aurora Veil, then just spamming Blizzard & Helping Hand while taking half damage from everything. Never realized how much fun double battles could be

Loved the nickname theme, though I am ashamed to admit it took me 'till D'Coffee to figure it out. The hardest to figure out was Luge, though I I had never heard of what her name is based on. Great video, and I'm excited to see what you have in store for 2024, that Snaplocke of Renegade Platinum sounds like a fun ride. Props to whoever made that finale art too, that was killer. For viewers that didn't get the theme, put ice in front of any of the team member's names. My favorite is Osceles.

16 types? Whaaa? I've long been a believer that Swinub is in the top 10 cutest Pokemon, that little guy is great. Paula is a ghost, you find a Reaper Cloth where she was if you return after delivering letter. I like that human ghosts occasionally pop up in these games.

It does get a lot of flak because of the trees (graphics), lack of voice acting (especially for piers in his intro cutscene), bad story, dexit and weird Pokémon designs (they are honestly some of my favourite ones). Also dynamax but I personally like the designs of gigantamax Pokémon more than megas even though megas are objectively better gimmick wise. I personally like swsh but I do agree that they were some of the objectively worst Pokémon games, as sad as that is and makes me.

I did a Hardcore Nuzlocke in this game using only Pokémon Markiplier would smash (highly recommend, it’s super fun) which means I’ve used Cloyster before the first gym before, so Jesus Christ do I know the power.

Fun idea for a run: Pokémon Red (or other Gen 1 game) with only “Alolan” forms. Essentially, you can only use Pokémon that received an Alolan Forme, but since they don’t exist in Gen 1, you’ll be using their normal forms instead.
