this is one crazy video. Ponyta and Rapidash finally, for once, being addressed as horses instead of cows, and most other Pokémon in the team being very, very far from being a horse; setting up the "horse guidelines" as the sole selection criteria; and then throwing it all out the window because Horsey is so obviously a horse it even has "horse" in its name. It's a cascading series of jokes that build on each other in the most insane way without breaking character or the spirit of the challenge, and I'm all for it. This one has turned out great.

I would have included the rules "it has to have hooves" and the rule "if it has horse in its name in some way it is a horse." this means Hipowdown is fine since hippopotamus means "river horse" and the cows are fine too but cufant is not. Girafarig would be fine too as would the horsea line and stantler. An argument could be made for miltank since it's been shown to do stuff on all fours in the anime but not grumpig since it exclusively walks on two feet.
