Right, that was my reaction too. Just ask male versus female gymnasts- their sports are very different because one values strength and the other values flexibility. Just adding weights to the flexi guy doesn't replicate the conditions that the bodybuilder was working with.

no. This whole thing is stupid and is on the level of showing off to person without legs how fast you can run.... People with big muscles are close to unable to move their arms behind their back. And even if he does it his arms are much lower so the whole thing becomes much harder as his whole body starts to bend making grip holding way more difficult. What is more this "exercise" is rly easy for anyone who actually lacks muscles and is fairly young, like every kid could do it. So for me it is more of an asshole move then being impresive.

@@freecandy5250split is the whole different thing, as leg/hip movement is more flexible than chest. bodybuilders cant even make their elbows touched each other.
@rooknadoАй бұрын
@@huh5912No duh. The point is that most bodybuilders aren’t flexible in any area, so if this guy can do the splits he’s likely flexible throughout his entire body; even if the splits uses your lower half entirely.
@someonerandom1712Ай бұрын
@@rooknadoThat doesn’t make sense at all. Most bodybuilders CAN be flexible in their legs but physically are incapable of making their shoulders flexible at all. They train their arms for more muscle and the more muscle, the less flexibility. If a bodybuilder we’re to try to gain flexibility in their shoulders, they would have lose quite a bit of muscle mass.
