As a dancer who’s had over-splits for yrs, he’s right 🔥 u rly don’t need to stretch every day, I honestly stretch once, maybe twice a week. It is intense tho ngl. I do around 2 mins total per stretch, but yea it’s about 30 seconds in a max range position (so I take around 90 seconds to ease myself toward that max range in increments to avoid injury)

I have the opposite, Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum (PXE) I have a bunch of weird bumps on my neck and armpits and have hella stretch marks, along with high blood pressure despite me being an otherwise healthy 21 year old with moderate physical activity
