Great content, Haley! Thanks for sharing some of your flights and brief glimpses into your life! My son and daughter just graduated from UNR, and my daughter Jamison just signed a lease with her boyfriend Cutter for an apartment in Minden. I love seeing flights from the little Minden airport over Tahoe to the Bay Area. I have flight simmed it many times. We spend a couple weeks in Tahoe every summer for nearly 40 years, and my large family live in the Walnut Creek area. We’ll be together again up there next month! I’m glad I stumbled across your channel. You’re on a short list of pilots I follow, including SteveO of course 😎 Stay safe and keep up the good work ❤

Great and fun flight and video Hayley! I love how you set the perfect example doing your checklists and keeping centered on the runway centerlines! Several years ago I had a fun visit at Minden and was able to thermal up from there in an Ask 21 glider until we could see Lake Tahoe over the mountain range. First a sliver of water and later the whole lake. Then entered wave and watched the altimeter wind up and felt no movement. Amazing. Like just sitting there! Would love to do that again!

Great little flight and video. The way Kelsey's eyes popped from the wing dip, you need to take her up when the Sierra wave is really blowing. Grew up in Bishop and Dad owned a Cessna 172xp. We were returning from Porterville through Olancha Pass one day and basically got flipped, like being flushed down a toilet bowl. Once we broke out of the turbulence we stayed really low up the east side of the Owens Valley. Not a fun flight that day.

Another great video, your editing skills are really coming along I think you are zeroing in on the perfect combination of flight instruction, scenery from the aircraft and the kind of fun that you can have as a general aviation pilot which hopefully will encourage more young kids to go out and start lessons. Thanks for taking the time to do these videos, I know it takes a lot of work but we all appreciate it. And finally I'll just say I'm mystified why you don't have more subscribers. I think if you keep at it though, and keep your videos at about the same length that they are now, and just keep doing what you're doing, at some point you'll probably see an explosion of subscribers. Thanks again.

If you need a professional photographer to accompany you, I'm willing and eager to learn. As an added bonus, the last time I had a yoke or stick in my hands was probably 50 years ago, but I have a good memory... though for most of my "hours" I was too small to reach the rudder pedals 🙂
