That aircraft is fully aerobatic capable. You could have had a few manoeuvres tossed in while you were there. It's a lot of fun to sit as a passenger while the horizon goes crazy and gravity gets turned inside out.

Looks absolutely amazing, there is a cruise you can do that starts at the town basin by the hundertwasser and it goes up the river almost all the way to Whangārei heads. It's amazing to see the land from the water and how different it is from driving on the road.

What spectacular scenery. Truly gorgeous. You have better "air legs" than I do. I've only been up in a "light" aircraft once in my life. Back in 93 when I took a flight in a training glider when visiting Phoenix AZ for the first time. Only thing I'll say is it was a good thing I had not had breakfast that morning and doubly good that the pilot had vomit bags in the cockpit. He was used to newbies I guess. Chantal did better than I. Well done.
