So many countries, including Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Israel had no problems with letting a plane fly through and land at thier airports, and only my country (Russia) lives like the cold war is still on, what a shame. I hope one day we can change our contry and make it more hospitable and modern.

@George Washigton as long as you are a man from a country where Europeans are immigrated you are good. Because all these citizens can move among those countries without any issue...and other countries with the passport. The people from almost all Asian and African countries don't have that comfort. Even their intentions are good...no way an African / Asian can do this adventure.

You haven't let anyone down, all that are following you haven't set your timeline, we are here to enjoy your adventure as you take us with you. You are doing this for you and we are your guests on a trip around the world. Keep doing what you're doing, you're doing great and should be on TV with your own show, but that is later. Thank you Stefan. Best wishes Darran from Cardiff. I would one day like to get my ppl but for now until I sort my funds out I will enjoy your adventures. Great vid and thank you! Michael has long been an inspiration to me - with his cinematic adventures restoring the Sun Theatre and this wonderful circumnavigation. He is such an understated and unsung and worthy hero IMHO - just gets on with it with his modest calmness. He flew up the Mississippi! I really want to know if he stopped in cape girardeau my home, or st louis 2 hours north. My grandfather took the canoe he passed down to me and went from source to gulf in a very similar adventure to the one this man took. He barely knew how to canoe and set off with only his dog. Nearly died on multiple occasions.
