The regular control tower was fine, sure this has a few perks but there was nothing wrong with a tower, this is just easier to go down and cause more issues.

Is that because there is no plan for either public transport or built new roads? And this means that most of the workers can't actually get to the airport to do their jobs? But that's okay. Once the airlines find put that the public transport is only meant to be on paper and never actually become reality, no air craft will use the airport, so there won't be a catastrophic air incident where actual air traffic controllers and an army of workers to make safe won't be needed!

This is insanely stupid. The mantra of air safety being redundancy so if something goes wrong there's multiple fallbacks to ensure nothing bad happens because you're dealing with hundreds of human lives. Whatever pittance was saved so some developer could pocket it in backhanded envelopes is not worth any potential increase in the chance of a disaster costing hundreds of lives.

I don’t agree with the sister planet title for Mars at all. It’s neither closer is size, or closer is distance then Venus. Also Venus has a substantial atmosphere. Where as Mars doesn’t. With Venus atmosphere being as dense as it is, we could actually build a cloud city by buoyantly floating on the air and the temperatures would be manageable at that. Mars on the flip side has so little atmosphere that it essentially will never be manageable outside of contained highly pressurized atmosphere and the joke to colonize it is pathetic. The gravity itself would have significant issues with the people. The greater distance would cause greater delays in communication and travel the Venus. Top that off with the absurd temperature swings, the dead core with no magnetic protections from radiation. It’s not a habitable world and will never be without an insanely huge amount of material and some currently impossible terra forming technology. People want to find a second earth, they need to keep looking outside the solar system. At least a cloud city in Venus would allow people to not need as extensive containment parameters. This could allow a larger habitat because of the lower materials needs to maintain a 1 to 1.5 atmosphere difference or less. Plus the temperature would be manageable and even very regulated so energy for thermal management could be less. The issue there is water and corrosion because of acid. That would require specific materials. It’s the issue of being in a deep ocean and if you fall of the boat theirs nothing but certain death beneath. Mars it’s death at night, lack of energy to harvest, lots of atmospheric requirements, and most likely due to radiation, subterranean living. No sunshine unless you’re in a seal vehicle or your person space suit. Sorry but it would be better off explore moons of the gas giants then mars if we want to play around. If we could terraform mars then we could do the same to Venus. If we could do both then we can certainly clean up our planet and even maneuver its orbit as the sun expands and heats up. Hopefully by that point we’ll be interstellar by that point. Either way I’m just glad I’m around at this time before earth is certain for doom.
