Cathay The Pier Lounge in Hong Kong does have showers. They are located at the very end of the lounge. After passing the tea area, you will find the shower rooms.

I know just how you feel about turbulence - I used to work as a flight doctor and we went into African countries mostly, very often with twin turboprop aircraft (Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Conquest) - they tend to sit in the weather, whereas jets (Lear, Citation, Falcon 10, Hawker Siddley) cruise above the clouds.

There is meant to be a good spa/shower spot in Hong Kong airport, I didn't find it when I transitted through there with Cathay went I visited aus, I hope you get a chance to find it on your way back

I can’t handle turbulence. Even light turbulence will send me spiralling. The last time I flew, I was watching Dont Worry Darling and as soon as the plane crashed in the movie we hit some pretty bad turbulence.

I kind of almost feel like a hypocrite writing this, and I hope you haven't been bombarded with the same thing a thousand times already... But, it feels kind of strange watching when you look at your screen instead of the lens 😅 Kind of like you are looking passed us viewers. I have an extremely hard time with giving people eye contact when I talk to them, so that's why I feel weird saying that, but just a little thought and/or tip. I SO could feel you during that turbulence-clip. It's so so so scary. I'm really glad I've flown so few times that I have hardly experienced it. Can't imagine what I would do if I actually experienced bad turbulence 😖😖😱 SO looking forward to your vlogs, as always! 😀😀 Brightens up my day :) It was just this one that I noticed the eye contact thing more. If you feel you need to vlog whilst on a flight can you please move to economy. Most people in business or first class fly so they can rest or work but not listen to novice flyers.
