Love the model home. However, I’m done with steps in a house 😂 I’m in a ranch now. I love the Jack N Jill en suite bathroom. That is what’s in my home. It’s perfect for when the kids visit or I have family from out of town. Another excellent video 😊

I definitely get that lol. We’ve lived in too ranches now. Our next home is actually a 2 story but our bedroom is in the main level. So I can chose if I wanna do upstairs or down now haha 🤣

Oh yeah, that crazy leafy textured ceiling is the standard in Ohio/northern KY. It is used to help conceal drywall flaws so the process takes less time. You can upgrade to the smooth ceiling for a price of course. The Margot floor plan looks absolutely stunning! I love all the beautiful windows and tall doors.

Nice to see a Fischer home In Ohio I am further north now you have my eyes wide open to Fischer homes. Fischer gives you that Schumacher vibe but in a community. I believe they have them in Columbus so they might be next choice as a builder.

I love their home designs. I’ve seen sooo many other builders and I just keep coming back. We recently sold our current home and are building again with Fischer. Definitely a builder to check out!!

You're in my neck of the woods. As you're probably are aware, the textured ceiling is standard with smooth ceilings being an upgrade depending on the class of homes. I'm a Fischer Homes owner and know that higher basement ceilings was an upgrade option for our home along with square footage bump-outs. Beautiful home.

As far as the Fischer homes, the only model that I know of that has a 3 car garage with access of both having doors to go indoors is the Leland, from the Masterpiece Collection. And the model I'm looking to buy. Hope u find ur dream home ur wanting.

That range hood looks low. Also appears to be ductless. Where is the molding and hopefully no LVT. I am certain it will be beautiful when you put your touch on this plan.
