Thanks for a friendly and honest video as always! The reason you get sick on vacation is because you are being exposed to more germs that your immune system hasn’t encountered before :) vitamin c is great but the best thing you can do to avoid getting sick is to wash your hands often!

Hi, I think the sugar is used as a preservative in ketchup. I was wondering if the use by date of the ketchup you bought is short compared to regular ketchup with lots of sugar in it.

I love your videos! And Sagey is adorable! One question I have is what kind of meals do you make while traveling? It's always tempting to eat out on vacation but not always budget-friendly. Do you make 3 full meals or more like brunch and dinner? Most interested in breakfast ideas, because most of the time we are out and about the rest of day on vacation....but welcome lunch and dinner ideas while on a trip as well. Thanks!

I can't believe Sage is already a year old! Wow! She just keeps getting cuter and cuter! I love Florida. I wish I could go there. I am definitely not a winter kinda gal. Lol. Anyway, I love everything Florida Nikole. So I would love to see shopping hauls from Trader Joes, Costco and Sam's Club. There are so many wonderful things that we can't get here. I can dream. Both I guess! Canada has been very restricted for a long time and we needed a change plus this has always been the plan even before all of the stuff in the world. It’s a great family friendly spot to travel to as well with a baby.

She’s been fine luckily both times. I’ve pick avoid flying if they are sick or congested and I breastfeed both going up and landing

yes either breastfeed or give baby a bottle at take off and as the plane starts descending or you start feeling your ears hurt or you see your baby become uncomfortable or cranky. A tip for formula fed babies: take a new canister of your baby’s formula in your carryon and buy a bottle of water from inside the airport to mix on the plane because when we traveled with our 6 month old to california from detroit (6hr flight) tsa opened our 3 bottles of pre made formula. So be prepared for that also. 6 months later when we flew overseas (11hrs! spoiler alert: it was not fun 😆) we wised up and took powdered formula 😅

Catching up on your videos, and I'm conflicted with this whole FL thing. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Cases are on the rise in the US, and things should be shut down much more than they are in FL. I feel like it's irresponsible to be traveling right now just for the freedom, where in most states that there is more "freedom" there is a lower vaccination rate and a higher issue with covid.

This comment is super late, but just in case here it goes lol. Please don’t take small children to Disney. Every child is different but in my experience children visiting Disney need to be old enough to understand that they will be doing a lot of walking, that Orlando is hot 🥵 and that the lines for the rides are long. Small children usually don’t have the patience for long waits, uncomfortable weather, and a lot of walking. Just my advice from one mom to another. But every kid is different so use your judgment . Enjoy Florida 🙂

Trust me she is in great hands with family right now getting all the love. Her routine has not changed she’s still at home but with my sister house sitting. We check on her everyday and she’ll be coming down next week to meet up with us. She has not been forgotten you just don’t see the full picture on social media.
