Is it possible to fit it in a suitcase without dismantling? Alternatively are there any such bigger cases that fit the Tilt 120 without the need to dismantle?

No, as far as I know there is nothing unless you decide to rely on the regular bicycle checkin that may cost you up to 200 dollars a flight international. If you see a big enough version, please post because more bikers have asked about this suitcase and I have not been able to locate where to get another one myself…
