Just be happy with good results and stop hating so much when you don’t win everything. England are showing much more promise offensively and are much more entertaining to watch under Carsley so far, which is what these same England fan were crying for while complaining about how defensive and negative Southgate was. Yes they were defensively atrocious, and Carsley’s words after the match didn’t help either, but I think he has the potential to get more out of this squad than Southgate ever has especially if he starts at least one fullback who can be trusted to be consistently reliable defensively. Lewis and Trent, while brilliant in possession and offensively, are not that.
