And Copenhagen in Denmark where we went to Tivoli gardens then biked around the whole city visiting Nyhavn, The little mermaid, the harbour, Rosenberg castle and park and so many more parks and gardens. We actually travelled to Bergen in Norway first and did a whole rail trip between each place. A bucket list trip 💕

Fun fact about Haralds vaffel. This place was originaly started in his appartement by a guy called Jonathan that had a window next to a busy Bus Stand. So he started making Waffels in his kitchen, selling it out of his window to the ones waiting for the bus. Everybody loved it except the food and health departement that demanded him to quit. Forunately it turned out ok with the people of Oslo buying so many wafffles that he could get his own place.

Welcome to Oslo! Glad you liked it. However, DO NOT fly your drone in downtown Oslo (or inside 5 km. from an airport). The whole city center is a no drone zone. Fines are usually 10-12K, seizure of your drone, and depending on your citizenship/residency, you can be deported and be given a ban from entering the Schengen area. And yes, this does happen (Google for more).

Brown cheese/jam is a very common combination, yes. Even used on bread also. Both strawberry and raspberry jam can work, but I guess the most classic is strawberry.
