LOVE the new name!!! There is so much more to your channel than just Cleaning. I also loved what you said about the flower. We often think of Gods creation as being perfect, but really only He is perfect! When He looked at His creation the Bible says that He saw that it was Good. Not perfect, but good.

Bathroom 15, living 15room , kitchen 15 , Sit down 15 minutes with drink . Trash out and get new trash bag .. Bathroom, living room , Kitchen x 3 hours . For days ... Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday .

Hi Kat!! I'm crisis cleaning today and put your video on to do it. I realized how much easier it is to do now though with following the flylady plan (compared to before I was flying). Basically just putting things away and vacuuming. Did a little extra in the bathroom. Thanks

No and now it is less crisis and more just getting the last things done before people come. I do have some things that had been left out but otherwise mostly vacuuming and that type of thing

For children even as young as 4, you can give them some ownership by asking if there are just 3 toys they no longer need. Some of the stuff that makes it junky are things like McDonalds toys, stickers, badges, stuff that just gets scattered. They may pick out those things.

I agree. I also think it’s never too early to introduce them to the fact that some kids have no toys at all and maybe 4yo has a toy that they could pass on to someone who would love it. (I’m not encouraging emotional blackmail, just that small children can learn compassion ;) )

At my chiropractor, there's a therapy dog who helps clean up after sessions, throwing away paper bed coverings. She also cleans up her toys but her 'grandma' was mopping and Hanna the dog thought the mop bucket was her toy basket and kept throwing her toys in there!!

In our house we like less stuff but we have lots of family that gives gifts and we all suffer from guilt to keep said gifts for a while. How can we express that we don't want those things or how do we let it go once we gotten it so it doesn't become clutter? We are also moving in February 2018 and we keep saying well we are movung. The kids didn't want to have birthdays party's cuz they don't like getting all those gift they feel overwhelmed by it all. But there so sweet and don't wanna hurt ppl feeling. Last year was no gift party's and they end up give 75% of the gifts away because they got so many things even though we ask for no gifts. Feeling blessed and stressed... And with Christmas coming kids aren't feeling happy and excited like I would hope they would.

Heather Pobursky-Smith You could try asking people to donate to a cause that is important to you or your kids instead, if they really want to give something! I'm sure most people would respect it if you explained why in the invite etc.

The hardest part for me is to put away everything in the "put away" bin and fold and put away laundry right away. Because I have a one yeard old and the play room is on the first floor, but everything needs to go upstairs. So either I have to drag my baby with me upstairs every time or leave him alone and worry about me not able to look at him. Dragging him every time is weird too, because if he plays by himself, I don't want to distract him because he is gonna start to whine and ask me to hold him 🤔 but when I stash everything by the stairs thinking I will put away when baby is ready to go upstairs, but then it makes more clutter. Any suggestions? Thank you
