You should check out the Radiomaster MT12 if you haven't yet. It's a fully configurable long range radio. And it's only about 140 dollars. A bit of a learning curve to program it. But we'll worth it.

Hey, I really appreciate your videos. As a noob, they are very helpful. Sorry for the ultra-beginner question, but I am looking at buying the Noble NB 4+. If I wanted 8 channel capability with crawlers, do I need to also buy an 8 channel receiver like the FLYSKY FGr8B 2.4GHz AFHDS? In other words, if I got a simple 4 channel receiver that would negate the purpose of buying an 8 channel transmitter, right? 🙏

Hi there… i have a question,which is faster, 540 16T or 540 35T? Thank you.
@rigbotr78496 ай бұрын
The lower the turns the higher the KV or speed so a 16T will be faster than a 35T but will run hotter and need a smaller pinion gear.

@rogerserafin9 ай бұрын
Yes. Just make sure that your NB4 pro has the lastest firmware (Version FW 2.0.102 FCC Version). Also, you'll need to update your receivers as well. I use a NB4 Pro for racing and the latency is almost day and night difference. It's very responsive just like the Sanwa M17 or the latest Futaba systems.

How Is Speed with top of line radios?
@nielsmeer10 ай бұрын
The Pro & the NB4+ both support 2CH fast mode with 3ms latency. I suspect this may cause Futaba 7PXR, 10PX and Sanwa M17 prices to drop since this is about the same response for at least half the price.

@karlobobiles29682 ай бұрын
He meant, with other right-handed style radios, you were stuck with it unless the manufacturer would come out with a left-handed model. So you would just have to get used to using what was available. With the release of Flysky’s OG Noble 4, they offered the ability to accommodate both right and left hand users. Win win overall.

I guess in the rc world $300 is cheap but with the cost of living now its too much !
@ninthislandrc10 ай бұрын
Then go buy a Futaba 7PX or 10PX. Oh, wait, those will cost you more than twice as much.
@nielsmeer10 ай бұрын
$300 is pretty typical for a mid-range radio. A Futaba 7PXR is $600, a Futaba 10PX is $1050. The NB4+ & Pro have a fast 2CH mode that is similar speed to a high end Futaba or Sanwa. If you are just bashing an RTR, your RTR radio is probably fine. But if you are racing, the ability to have fast response, adjust expo, EPA is a big advantage. The NB4+ & Pro are competitive with the high end race radios from Futaba & Sanwa but much less. It’s an absolute bargain.

What are you talking about? This transmitter is the exact same size as the older model which was one of the most compact transmitters available, especially if you remove the optional bottom battery. And the touchscreen is very nice. This whole radio looks and feels much more expensive than it is, comparable to transmitters costing twice as much.
