I love this video. It's so relaxing and smooth. Nice driving. Shout out to Angerhaus. It should make all of us, who crawl, want to stop and go out for a nice quiet drive with our cool rigs that we put so much work into. This is why I got into this hobby. Let's all just stop, and go play with our toy trucks before winter hits!

Thanks for the kind words, dude! Yeah, first and foremost I make these videos for myself. It definitely calms my nerves to watch this thing crawl slowly over obstacles. I look forward to more RC time in the winter, because I live on a tropical island right now and winter is when we can go outside to play comfortably!

After every crawler I have used I always come back to my Atlas. Its a good truck and I use it for the majority of my videos as well.

Question for you. I have this truck, and installed the HW 1080 ESC, and actually using a Traxxas TRX motor in it. While in the TRX4 with completely stock electrics, the drag brake works pretty good. With the HW 1080 and the Traxxas motor in the Atlas, drag brake almost seem non existent. I have programmed it to 100 percent but no luck, it still seems to barely work. Maybe the Atlas is geared to high? Idk... its pretty much a shelf queen at this point.

@@applefordguy76 Sorry I probably won’t be very helpful as I sold this rig a while back. I had HW1080 in it with the stock motor, but I don’t recall having any issues with drag brake. I do remember early on I found tuning with that programming box a PITA because the parameters does not match what’s printed on the programming box. 🤔

@@Angerhaus Thanks for the reply! I was going off the chart that came with the 1080 for programming. I think its a gearing issue, maybe a Holmes Hobbies motor will be in the near future for it. All my other crawlers are HW Fusion Pro systems, but I want a little variety :)
