Just a heads up on the language thing, Sørloth (The player) is Norwegian so he's already able to communicate with the Danes on your team. Sure, it doesn't say "Fluent" but it most likely starts off as "Good" for Norwegians. It may not be worth it then. :p I haven't checked Sørloth specifically but the Scandinavians have always been able to speak with each other in FMs. Just remember that Finland isn't Scandinavian, their language doesn't even belong to the same language group so it doesn't go for them. :)

Mate, when offering player for transfer, do you un-tick the "place on not needed" or do you leave it as is?

best thing to do is tick all the players who just played in the match and rest 1 day and have rest days after match, or if you like to be risky take off rest day after match and just rest players who played for 1 day manually. there's no point resting players who have like 90= percent so you might as well let them train an extra 20-40 days a year.

Lots of good info but as far as i know in the tutoring part if u select the top text its for prefered moves and the bottom text is for the determination. But still really good vid i learnt a few new tricks lok

Peppi McPew top is on the pitch. I.e. determination, ppms and personality Bottom is off the pitch. Determination and personality. So if you have a tutor with bad ppms you can still use him as a tutor off the pitch.

there's always something new to learn. the best tip i've learned so in fm 18 is to use the "encourage" shout straight after you have just scored, a lot of the time it will result in another attack/goal straight after the restart.

The payment after XY league matches only applies to first team? So if i sign some youngster and set the clause for 50 matches and he will play 50 matches for U19 or reserves or something, will it trigger? or does it mean only matches played in first senior team? thanks

just keep lowering the asking price. if no one offers theres not a lot you can do. if i'm a premier league team and my player is on high wages but i dont want them, i'll let them go for 0 if i have to, just to get them off the wage bill. I am southampton currently, i got rid of all my players but 5 after the first two seasons. now i am on the 5th season and only have 2 of the original players. but now i have a squad full of players i wanted and for less wages than the shit players that were already there.

Can you do a video on the Dynamic touching on the Match Cohesion? Ive set my entire pre season with only Team Cohesion training schedule and surprisingly even after 5-6 league games my Match Cohesion is still poor-average.

Tip number 5... Wrong! When you want to buy a player for 1M, and the selling club wants 11, you can buy a player for 6M without bonuses

Depends on your facilities, training staff and sort of training. When you have Team Cohesion on, it can lower the attributes.

What Nimma said.. There is a lot that can affect it, are you constantly resting players every week, if so they will always be missing training so cant develop. Are they picking up a lot of injuries. Dynamics, cohesion, happiness, etc. You can also talk to them and say they need to improve their training.. Can be a lot of different factors involved!
