This sound like a dumb question but is it possible to use some of the basher parts to modify it to my crawler to make the front suspension to a ifs set up ??

with enough creativity, i think you could. I mention it in the video. the drive shafts should be able to bolt right up from the IFS diff to an fcx24/18 trans (since thats whats in the basher). You just have to find a way to mount the chassis front to a crawler chassis rear.. or just use it as it is, put on crawler tires, and lock the diffs and crawl with it!

Awesome video! I love the way you break the rc down, it gives a lot of insight on the quality of the rc. I was wondering if you know the size of the inner and outter hub bearings? I'm building a variation of this from parts and can't seem find the bearing dimensions anywhere. Any info would be much appreciated 🙏🏼

In short. The FMT24 is much smaller than the eazy rc 1/18. The eazy rc is almost a 1/16

I Donno. The motor it comes with is a 370. That’s a pretty big motor. If you can find a good brushless 370 sized motor, it will definitely be quick quick quick.

What do you think is the best mini basher? The fmt, losing mini b, rage rc mini treck, carisma gt24, or kyosho mini z buggy?

Depends on the size you really want. I love my mini bs and mini ts for sure. But they aren’t exactly bashers. Neither is the mini z buggy or the carisma. Those are all just off-road buggies. A basher is meant to be pushed hard. The Granite Grom and the EazyRC Colorado are both bashers. This is def the smallest one.

Valid point. Right now because of the weather where I live it's indoor rc time. And I'm really enjoying the rage mini treck. It's cost effective, tough, handles great and has spars parts available.

Can this easily be upgraded to brushless system of choice? Very nice but definitely not as easy to work with compare to fcx24 😊

It’s not quite as easy as the fcx, but once you know how, it’s actually pretty easy. And yes, you can upgrade to brushless but you will need an esc and receiver as well as being sure your motor mounts. Might take some fabbing a little and you need to be sure the pinion matches the mod/pitch A brushless one is coming.

The 380 is 28mm diameter? I tried a 2030 and wouldn't fit with the gearbox being in the way... A 2030 is 20mm. The mini is 14mm so how does 380 fit if it's 28mm

@@R-EVLMNKY the transmission is the same as the smasher. So you should be able to drop the entire transmission in. As long as there are no issues with the shift rod/servo. (You should be able to use the smasher servo and such. )
