For those new to my channel, I try and do as much auto mechanics on my cars as possible. I'm very obviously not a mechanic, I just have an interest in repairing and modifying cars, and track driving.
Currently, my BMW E46 330ci is my track car and my Honda Civic Type R FN2 is my daily. The plan is to modify the FN2 with the aim of getting my racing license and turning the FN2 in to a dedicated amateur race car.
The E46 is very much a budget track build, however I am still trying everything I can to get that Castle Combe Circuit lap time down...

Had one of these on mine for a year now, nice quality and good upgrade if you just want a bit more purposeful exhaust note without droning/being too loud. I must say I would prefer a bit more sound though so I will likely get the centre section at some point. 👍🏼

Yes mate, check out some of the later dyno videos and you can hear the DIY intake noise. Sounds 👌

Absolutely perfect mate. No droning. Sounds great when ragging it 😁 I imagine it's quite tame compared to things like the martius, but it's good middle ground 👍

@@ModFix may consider an M2 on your recommendation mate. I wanted a piper mani because of the sports cat option to keep MOT’s legal. So I’ll ask what system pairs with it the best

@@Matty_Champwhite I want exactly the same setup 👍 Would be worth asking Danny/Richard from dynodaze as I'm sure I heard them say that there may be a bit of modification required. I think they said the Tegiwa cat back fit good but I might be getting mixed up on the manifold downpipes!

Any pops from the exhaust? Or is the cat still restricting it too much?

When I changed to pops and bangs mode it was popping a lot, but I'm not sure if it damages the cats so turned it off again (as much as I enjoy it 😁)
