It’s clear that this game is going to be extremely HUGE for the lore of the series and the fact that we’re getting a whole game about the Mimic’s origins makes me hope we get more games like this say a Vanny game where we see what Vanessa was going through from Help Wanted 1 to Security Breach and maybe show us the future for Vanny’s character especially since during Dawko’s second interview with Scott he said that Vanny was one of his favourite Steel Wool characters and hopefully there’s a chance for her to return in the future

If they confirm that the books are on the same continuity as games i'm gonna throw my computer out of the window. Jokes aside, i don't hate the books, i actually like what the mimic has to offer. I'm just annoyed that his first appearance was in a book and not a mainline game. Could you imagine the reactions of his big reveal in ruin if we weren't aware of his existence.

I believe Fnaf 3 is in 2015, so Edwin being 24 in Fall 1979 means he's 64 in Fall 2019 -> Early 2020 (when I believe the storyteller takes place). Another big confirmation. I'm on board with this.

It makes no sense that TalesGames is canon because if The Mimic was present during 1979 and The Mimic as a story happened in 1979 but the Storyteller plays 40 years later, that means that the Storyteller happens in 2019 which makes no sense since FFPS happened in 2023. Tales cant be in the continuity of the game, it is simply not possible.
