Happy Thanksgiving, Podcast Family! As many of you know, here in the U.S., we take this week of Thanksgiving to spend time with loved ones and reflect on the things that we are grateful for. Gratitude is truly a trait of great leaders. But, as we take time to look back on the past, let’s also not lose sight of our brilliant futures. Today on the podcast, John Maxwell shares some thoughts on how we, as leaders, can stay focused on the future.

Excellent Message and Thank you so much for sharing very valid points. 1- You reveal your potential by where you focus. Wherever you are focus that’s where you going and that’s where you potential is. 2- Future comes fast 3- A doble minded Focus depleats energy. Don’t carry yesterday on your back MOVE ON 4- Believe in your self so you can Believe in your Future. There is a reflection 5- Losers miss the past and get stuck in it. Winners learn from the past and Let go of it. 6-it’s better to construct the future then to varnish the past stop shining all your old relationships. All we have is the future. 7- The future is that time when you wish you would have what you aren’t doing now. The decisions we make today build our future.
