@@johnsean122 First thing that Dalit was not a caste, it was decided by the work, not the cast, like in today's time, the son of a doctor, if he becomes a doctor then a doctor, if he becomes an engineering then it is called engineering, in the same way, then The Britishers who came, prevented the Dalit from going to the temple because he did not donate money, gold, and then adulterated the text of India, otherwise the story of Ram Bhagwan was written by the Dalit sage. Bhagavad Gita was also written by Dalit sage Beas ji.

I have for a long time struggled with immense depression. A few years ago I forced myself to start going to the gym, even if that meant going after crying my eyes out and it already being 3am in the morning. I ate cake and doughnuts and french fries everyday. My LDL was just at the too high point. Still, I went to the gym. Eating all that food I could go for hours, but I saw very little change in my weight, which was 30 pounds heavier than it was when I was in my young 20s and just before I became excruciatingly depressed. I went almost every single day. I also was hospitalized three times over this period, and finally found the right medication combination. Still, I suffer with depression everyday, but the medication helped me change my diet, so now the exercise is starting to show. Even in the hospital I managed to exercise. I never stopped. I hated my body, and I wailed at the moon, but still I went. It took a long time for the medication to help because if you aren’t willing it will do next to nothing. I prayed for years to be able to eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight. I promised to work out everyday. Once I got the right medications I slowly stopped doing that, and instead prayed for the resolve to eat as healthy as possible. This took two years to accomplish, and almost everyday I walked and lifted weights, although my body changed very little. Recently, it was my acne and boils that got me to finally consume healthfully and not a fad diet or special treats on the weekend or a scoop of ice cream everyday. I became a vegan, mostly, I eat honey, and mostly gluten-free to support the people who must eat that way. Not only has my body changed, I can now see the changes over the years that I had missed when I looked back at the pictures from them. I always could see it but now I am proud and believe it. Still, I need medication and am depressed, although not consuming meat, eggs, fish, poultry, or dairy, has pushed it off because I can tell myself I’m not killing anything, which is nice. After all of this it finally dawned on me, all of these changes other people could see, and I could hide my depression. I finally told myself, if you are going to take care of your health here and here, why would you leave your mind out? You’re not genuinely seeking health if you’re only intending to look healthy. Besides, body size is subjective and I could treat the acne another way if I wanted. There was very little of my mind in any of this, because it was too much about other people. It is not easy to focus on yourself, such as going to the gym so you can walk when you are 99, rather than just focus on looking good to others now. In this way my depression has been a gift because I’m having a low libido, exercising to look sexy has never once taken over, but it still has been on the surface. I use all kinds of creams and tools so I look healthy, but with being depressed I feel empty like all I am is pretty object. Still, because the depression requires me to focus on myself to heal, I also can outwardly witness myself spending an hour on self care rather than the ten minutes I did when I was in high school. I was depressed then but it was different because teenagers are often moody, plus school was a distraction. So it works on that end too, especially because it’s cornered me into finally focusing on my thoughts, because after all of this, why would I neglect that? This is the hardest part, but in a way the most rewarding, because it’s something people cannot see, but I can choose to share. THANKYOU Sadhguru!

All this life thinking of others what they say has devasted most of our lifes ...the perfect solution for this problem was to think of urself...self healing is most important what I learned today ...👍🍀
