If you happened to be watching the speeches shortly before the election was certified you would have seen Hawley condemning the violence that took place simultaneous to the news networks and various social media showing him fist pumping the insurrectionists. And as far as his conversation regarding natural consequences of bad behavior, sponsors stopping their relationship with such a person is not unconstitutional, and one is glad he is a U.S. Senator because he must certainly be a really bad lawyer if he doesn't get a concept taught in 9th grade civics. Even if you didn't like President Trump's personality you have to admit he had policies to benefit the US and as a Canadian it felt much safer when he was in power protecting our porous borders.
