The Atacama Desert in Northern Chile is the driest place in the world. Some parts have no possibility of life and have never had any recorded rainfall. Photographer Neil Hall visited groups of people who are transforming this barren desert by using large nets to capture fog and turn it into water for drinking and agriculture.
