Thanks again to all the viewers who have expressed their condolences for the loss of my dad. These mean more than you could possibly know. May God bless all of you. It is difficult, but we are moving forward, as Dad would have wanted us to do. Please bare with me as I dig into the vault of some older, unpublished, videos while I deal with the loss of my dad and all that entails. This is a fairly recent video of a fishing trip that Mike and I worked with our Peterbilt Rotator unit #11 a 2015 Miller Industries Century 1150R towing and recovery unit and our Ford F650 Miller LCG10 rollback (tilt tray). The driver sustained only minor injuries after straightening out a curve and performing, or failing, a Dukes of Hazzard like move trying to jump a ditch, albeit unintentionally, due to the heavy, thick fog. Again, a very special thank you to all my viewers, family, and friends who having taking the time to show their support. May God bless and protect you all!! www.paypal.me/RotatorRon

Good morning Ron, I just wanted to pass this on. I was watching the Sumter Wrecker channel the other day. Some one had asked Mr. Hal what channels he watches. He mention you channel. He also asked for his viewers the keep you and your family in their prayers on the loss of your dad. I thought that was very considerate. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr Hal is considering getting a Rotator but in the mean time he does a bang up job with what he has. I pass by the Miller company around twice a month. The have so many units in their yard. I wonder how many of them have been sold and how many are looking for a good home.

Continued Prayers for the entire Pratt family. You take all the time you need to work through this. There is no playbook for the grieving process. I lost my Dad 8 years ago. Although the pain has eased some, it will never go away. But as he would tell us all. Keep on keeping on!!

Hi Ron, I can’t even imagine what You and Your family are going through… My wife and I are so sorry to hear the sad news about your Dad… We could definitely tell in your past videos, how much you appreciated and loved him… Your Dad was your rock, your everything and taught you everything he knew about life… He only wanted the best for you and your family…! That was clear to see from what we saw in your videos… We loved to see your Dad in the videos… Especially when he was holding and with your grandson! That brought happy tears to my eyes knowing what that very special connection between both of them meant… We made a few laminated wallet size pictures from what we saw on your last video of your wonder family and sent them to you in a sympathy card… Hope your got them ok and we hope you didn’t mind us doing that for you… You are truly a gentleman and a scholar and the loss of your Dad is also heavy on our hearts, knowing what a fine man he was, taking into consideration how well and awesome you turned out to be…! Know that even as we write this post Ron, it’s a little hard for me see the keyboard because of the tears that keep coming, knowing how heavy your heart must feel… Your Dad will always love you Ron, as many of us do, who view what you bring to us in your awesome videos… Our deepest condolences to You and Your family… You have no Idea how much the good folks out here in KZbin land Love who you are and what you’re all about and how you bring us ALL together to one AWSOME FAMILY… You mean more to us than you’ll ever know…!!! We Love you Ron…!!!

Ron, Losing your Dad is never easy. You two were a team. The best thing I can think of to honor your Dad would be to post a video of some of the most challenging and interesting jobs you two worked together on. As Sir Robert Hope sang, "Thanks for the memories...." I am sure some bard here could improvise lyrics to fit the melody.

Ron, know that 'Mama' Pratt, you, LaDonna, Lauren, Talon, Wesson, Ethan and the crew members at Midwest Truck are in our prayers for the loss of your dad. Relish the memories, because they are important. The pain is real. It won't disappear, but it will ease over time. It may take years for the pain to ease, but it will ease. I speak from experience... 11 years for my mom, and 33 years for my dad.

May God continue to comfort your heart as you grieve.

As one who lost my dad Thursday before fathers day, I know the loss and heart ache that comes with it. Mine lost his battle with cancer. It was very aggressive and wide spread. We found out end of Feb. first of Mar. and they said then that we had six months to a year. Hope all goes well through the holidays and know we all are here with you. You are not alone. God bless and happy holidays.

I have every faith in you and your family, Ron. Like I said previously, your dad raised a good son. I am sure your son and daughter agree. And I am fairly sure they were raised decently as well. So, all in all.. just keep moving forward, have faith in yourself, and do your best. Just remember, as your dad before you carried the family torch, so shall you now carry it. And carry it well I believe you shall. I can not state enough how thankful I am that you, your family, and those at Midwest truck that work with you exist. I have faith in all of you, when I lack faith in most things in this country. That should tell you all you need to know. Keep up the work. You surely have it in you to succeed. I salute you, sir. As for that car, I thought surely the front end would have been a bit more dinged up. Pleasant surprise to have such minor damage, all considered.

We lost our dad almost eleven years ago, Ron, and to this day, without any warning, I'll say, do or recall something that brings him back vividly. He's not gone, his legacy is here to stay. I know your experience will be similar - you'll lovingly hear his voice, see something that reminds you of - something sad, something happy, funny, or lots of other things about your father. And it's good to have that with us.
