I think they're from separate pieces of footage. The clip cuts after the cake is put together and there's no longer any seaparations in the cake from where the pieces put themselves together after the clip cuts. It's just one solid piece. So I believe the second clip is a different cake with the candles dancing on top. It's also a slightly different color. This performance also appears to have been made just for film, not for a live crowd. Because everyone in the crowd is in their Disney costumes. It's not an actual crowd of visitors.
