​@@happymate8943 you are fundamentally wrong on the bigot front. he literally believed that white people were atop the evolutionary hierarchy, and thats just one of his views on race. being an abolitionist does not mean that one is not racist. additionally, he was born after slavery was banned in his own country and pretty much adopted the mainstream views of his time (although he sure did love justifying men being superior to women and European whites being superior by the logic of his own theories). you should also look into his views on women, and actually look at a fair few claims he's made despite any semblance of evidence (how he believed intelligence was inherited from the male side of a family, etc). A simple google search would have disproven the claim you made up just to be contradictory. Piltdown man is a bit more serious than "just any other fossil forgery" considering it was a fossil forgery used to try and make/add to a fossil record for human evolution, and its existence was used at the time to deny creationism and deny God, NOT to record a scientific observation and to further develop a theory honestly. the problem isn't necessarily with evolution itself, more so the way its being used as, as you put it, a THEORY, to deny another "theory" like creationism. again, if scientists were to be honest about evolution as a theory then their concern would be to popularize and debate the fossil record that they have for human evolution, along with any other concrete evidence.

Oh yes I was born catholic and raised in the church then I got into med school. I started listening to the science and questioning the Bible which led to me losing my faith I was atheist for a couple of years. I truly followed the science but it led me to nothing but an empty and hollow life. I came to the realization that science didn’t hold the truth. Life without GOD may feel like freedom at first but now looking back I realize it was hell. Now I’m back to GOD reading the scriptures and on a journey to know him by reading HIS words but I still feel some of the effects of my athiest past as sometimes there is a tendency to question GOD. But faith and humility is leading me the right path. Thank you for your videos

Sam Harris life model comes from the book he wrote the Moral landscape in which he says we can live a moral life by following the scientic method and reason. The main problem with this" FAITH " is he says we should all aim to do good and not bad things. Utter nonsense if you unpack this. Evolution( which he totally embraces) now being on very very shaky ground scientifically, evolution was said to be mindless, unguided, random processes, therefore Human life has no more value than a worm, thus where does he get his values for good and evil. In his worldview there can be no good or evil. It's all pointless. Rape who you want, Kill who you want, why would it matter. It's all pointless. Harris would say we have an inherent awareness of good and evil?? Using his own methodology of reason and science one has to say he's lost the plot, if he is the result of a random, mindless unguided process there is no value to anything as displayed by himself when he said I don't care if dead babies were found in Hunter Bidens basement he is still a better man than Trump ( I'm Irish this is not a political statement) is this the statement of a man with morality, it is a profoundly evil statement from a man with no moral compass. Mau, Stalin, we're all atheists responsible for more deaths than the rest of humanity combined. They removed God from their communist societies and their humanity went with it because humans had no value, but we know we have, we were made in the image of God. Now let's look at the evidence that we are just apes who learned to walk. No evidence in science anywhere for this assertion. Not in fossils or genes. Now good and evil, Sam Harris has said " I don't care if Hunter Biden has dead babies in his basement he's a better man than Trump ( I'm Irish, this is not a political statement) now ask Casey is thís a Moral statement, no it's not it is an unequivocally evil one. I can say this with clarity because I know right from wrong, because I am made in the image of God. Don't become too despondent about Casey yet, remember always how special we are, God became one of us, not only that he was tortured, crucified and died for sins. Can any other species even imagine such a thought. God bless you and may Casey open his heart to our Lord and saviour Jesus.

I followed the science and my heart and came to the conclusion that only Jesus Christ offers the perfect equation. So perfect, it’s beyond beautiful. Science cannot exist without free speech. If we cannot freely ask questions, and if we cannot freely answer them, then what is at that time called science, isn't. This should be considered when the very people who insist on controlling other's speech, and condemning not just words but also ideas, use the word "science", especially when they use it as a way to achieve compliance. There is also something to be said about the fact that, during the time when this phrase was in active use, anyone who asked whether the some thing he had to submit to was safe, was labeled as "anti-science". In other words, questions were called the enemy of the very thing which is founded on them.

I wasn't speaking of the evolution portion of the video. That's the reason that I conceded my understanding that what I was commenting on wasn't the primary point. I was talking about the part where he said how the doctrines of the pharisees eventually came to encompass the Talmud which is a fact that many modern Christians and evangelicals ignore. My point was simply that the pharisees still exist in the same way that they did in Biblical times whether people wish to acknowledge it or not

Thank you Father. A year or two ago i looked up Tesla and every now and again the youtube algorithm comes up with a new snippet. I photographed one ‘still’ which i still look at from time to time. The text runs : ‘Today’s scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments,and they wander off through equation after equation and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality.’ Of course i know not what Tesla’s beliefs were but this piece illustrates a point you made early in the video. as a kid, when i heard the Evolution Theory, question popped in my head but i was able to come with the answer. question was, why only one bread of Chimpanzee became Human. why other bread were stuck to stay Monkey or Chimpanzee or Ape or ... i thought about it for few minutes & answered myself. the Theory is nothing but just to mislead my generation. the theory doesn't make common sense at all but yet Devil is pushing the idea. just by looking at a leaf, you can see God's power. Thank you, Father, for this sermon. You know that many scientists are Christians, and I believe that many of them were the dissenters to the whole 'follow the science' diatribe. And it was very much a diatribe. I would like to briefly relate a bit of my own background and reaction to the 'follow the science' issue of the covid pandemic. I spent many years getting an education in the hard sciences of biology, microbiology and immunology. I worked for a time in research laboratories. I became disillusioned for personal reasons and left the field, but I still have the basic knowlege of those sciences. When covid came along, I knew immediately it had to be a genetically altered, 'lab made' virus. It did not behave as other viruses, not even mutated ones we have historically seen. This behaved completely differently. And then the vaccine came along within a few months, which is absolutely and unequivocally unheard of before. Never. Never had a 'cure' come along so quickly. And the rabid escalation of government demand for vaccine compliance was also unheard of. I understood, based on my education and work history, that we were being lied to. By whom, government or 'science' I did not know. Now we do know who was lying to us, that the virus was indeed genetically altered, that it was no more fatal than seasonal influenza, and that the vaccines have harmed and killed millions around the world, two of my own family included. I chose not to take the vaccine, based on what I knew. So yes, please, let's question 'the science'. What used to be a force for mankind's good has been weaponized to be used to profit from, to control, and yes, to kill. We canot afford to ignore these things anymore. Discern with God's word in your mind and heart, pray for clarity, and TRUST in God's grace.

I am grateful to have this articulated this way, I didn't know how to say it, but I always knew evolution was a fake idea. If you say something often enough to children, they will believe anything even as adults. Seeing Christians claiming that evolution can sit alongside faith in God as Creator is very sad, it displays both a lack of faith and a desire to remain true to the world. Nope. Not following "The Science" or trusting "The Speed of Science". I'll trust and follow The Lord and use the sense He gave me. The beauty of the "Con-vid Jabs" is it opened some blinded eyes as to what a con "The Science" turned out to be. Thanks Father!!!!

Thank you for this! This is such an incredibly important topic for all Orthodox priests to be speaking out about. The ways in which we are being lied to are so deep and effect our entire perception of reality to such a level that they, much like you said, often blind people to God. There is one particular deception, one which I know you're aware of, that could not be spoken even in this video to your faithful audience because even most Orthodox Christians would find it nearly impossible believe such a thing could be untrue. Something we have all been taught from such a young age regarding our Earth. I only pray that speaking these more difficult truths does not get you removed from this platform.

Thank you for shining Holy wisdom on these modern topics. If we had “followed the science” of Charles Darwin’s theories in the mid 1800’s, it might have seemed justifiable to subjugate and enslave his so-called “savage races”. It’s also sad that it led to the victorious Union Government turning west after the civil war and nearly exterminating the Native American nations. Eventually his “science” influenced the Nazi socialist party, and they attempted to carry out his ideas to its fullest extent. The world’s system is untrustworthy.

What about feline, canine, equine species? A lion can bread with tiger. A hoarse with donkey. All that because they share common genetic origin. Their progeny is not going to be fertile though. Dog and wolf are much closer genetically. Evolution does not mean “betterment” as we tend to see it, it is simple a process selection of genetic traits that help an organism to survive and pass on its genes. Same principles operate in development of languages etc. It is a truly genius discovery. Theory of evolution does not deal with origin of life btw.
