I am 72 years old and have taken care of others and the homes I have lived in since I was 13. I almost do not know how to take care of myself. My health is beginning to show the effects of my life. I hope it is not to late to help myself. Pray for me.

You must not believe that you can become ill that thought as are all thoughts are only in the mind, you are a pure spirit of God as we all are and you will be as well as you will allow yourself to be if you're thoughts are negative in any way you will create more negative thoughts and you will become even more unhappy. I speak from personal experience, I know how hard it can be to lift yourself up In your situation but it is the only way you will find peace, We are not meant to believe that anything in life can hurt or harm us and knowing what we really are in our hearts we know nothing can, but we will experience whatever we believe in whilst we are here on earth so we can't allow ourselves to accept negative thoughts as they lead to negative consequences, I will pray for you and please pray for me in fact lets pray for everyone, everywhere, we are only here on earth to spread love and to find God and we do so by only accepting positive consequences into our lives because if our thoughts bring us too low even God cannot hear us, Lift up your heart your a blessed child of God and nothing can ever really harm any of us, this world we live in is ours to command, Godbless you. 😊❤❤❤

Thank god for people like you in others lives. Since I've delved deep into myself I can say I'm becoming well again and at peace with myself and the world. I feel free to live life and allow myself to live without fear and allow god to take me where he needs me. Once we are on this path it is eye opening and will help us along the way, I do not want for much now and feel better than ever. Good luck my friend your life is just begging and will continue beyond this plane as I have seen into the darkness and their is light that continues beyond our planet and stretches back to the begging of time. i have started practicing meditation and it seems to have made a diffrence in my every day life. I am doing daily chores more mindfully rather than unconsciously. I have started getting rid of the clutter in my room which makes me feel better. It is amazing how much a clean desk brings clarity in my thinking. I am learning to say No to demands that would jeopardize my financial well being. I got into a lot of financial problems by being overly concerned about others and ignoring my own needs. I learnt that I have to take care of my needs first before giving away my money to help others. I am learning to pay yourself first before spending money on others. Financial security brings peace and happiness.

I think the first step to understanding the zen teachings is , one must first understand self love and discipline, I want it so much in my life but the situation and circumstances of our responsibilities especially in this modern hectic life, as I understand the key to in approaching the Zen teachings is Self love, time management and discipline, I guess these three basic qualities are essential before committing oneself under the Zen teachings , if there is a problem in commitment, then there has to also be a solution....🙏

Picaturile de apa prin care lumina soarelui erau stroboscopic incremenite, suspendate in timp ( le puteam privi numai in secunda respiratiei), strabateau ( intotdeauna respiram pe partea soarelui) prin valurile ce ma inveleau astfel cu lumina. Era ZboruMeu. Altfel nu as fi strabatut prin viata, daca nu inotam pana la orizont, de la rasarit pana la apus. Inotu' a fost felu' meu de a medita. In 10 ani am inotat 100 km in mare. ... meditatia face toata diferenta intre a trai si a nu trai... AmZs!🧐

In the old days, I used to swim out into the open sea until I couldn't see the beach anymore, just to escape the lifeguards. The drops of water through which the sunlight pierced were frozen, suspended in time (I could only see them in the moment of breathing), piercing through the waves that enveloped me with light (I always breathed on the sunny side). It was my Flight. Otherwise, I wouldn't have navigated through life if I hadn't swum to the horizon, from sunrise to sunset. Swimming was my way of meditating. In 10 years, I swam 100 km in the sea. ... meditation makes all the difference between living and not living... That's me! 🧐
