2 years ago when I started listening to these affirmations my anxiety and hypochondria were so bad I was having trouble functioning, in just everyday situations. I was still in the process of becoming sober off of years of self-abusive drug use. I would listen to this video with my headphones in at work if people were getting to me, if negative thoughts started to creep in, or if I was having a panic attack and it always helped me ground myself. Eventually I started writing them in my journal and saying them constantly in my head. These affirmations helped me realize my worth and turn the negativity in my life down, while simultaneously turning the positivity in my life way up. I am so incredibly grateful for this 🙏 Here I am 2 years later, very healthy, anxiety free, sober, and even going back to school 💙 Thank you to all and I'm sending lots of love and light! If I can do it so can you!! And a special thanks to The Anxiety Guy👌

Keep committed to listening and that will naturally happen. Our minds are like computers. Unfortunatly for some of us we have too many pages open and then the computer flicks around quickly between them causing confusion and distress. I have been experiencing anxiety lately, between family and the coronavirus I feel very overwhelmed and scared. I experienced 2 anxiety attacks in the last 3 days. I don’t want to be so scared all the time, I don’t want to let my anxiety taker over me, I want to not only be happy and healthy, but I also want to feel it. I am so great full that I found this video, saying these affirmations have already made a positive change in my life. I want to change my mindset for the better and this video has helped so much, I haven’t even been listening to it for a week yet, but I already feel great things ahead. I feel you so much! This makes me feel so much better! Ever sense I was little, I had little axiaty attacks like I cant breath and stuff. When covid came, I was so scared, and scared about things that wouldn't even happen. I was scared about being scared. I was asking what if to many times. If you need to ask what if, ask what if I'm fine. What if this is all going to go away. What if I'm ok. What if this is all just my mind. You should talk with at least one person, just getting it all out and telling them all of your fears. Even if you feel embarrassed, scared that they wouldn't get it, trust me. You will feel SO MUCH BETTER when you get it all out. My mom meditates with me and just her being there for me makes me feel better. Anyone struggling with axiaty, just remember. It's just axiaty. It's just your mind. I know you feel those things, but you feel those, because your focused on it. Try distracting yourself. Do something fun. Do something for yourself.

I use to have vivid bad dreams every night, but now that I listen this every night, I get so calm and sleepy and then i fall asleep by halfway in the video and I can say that I dont have this bad dreams anymore. I have been struggling with generalized anxiety since i was 10 I'm 20 now and I'm starting a life with my boyfriend and I work with children which is a fulfilling yet very stressful job. I recently had to put my safe haven (my pup) down due to long term health problems which has since spiked my anxiety to an all time high (with the combination of life situations). Mornings are usuallay the worst, I wake up panicking ; my brain searching for something to be anxious about or to worry about. This morning I took it upon myself to search positive affirmations and here I am. I must say this video has helped a good amount, more than I expected and i am beyond grateful I have found you. I will be watching this video multiple times a day to help diminish my anxiety once and for all.

I have been struggling with anxiety and depression and been in a cycle of overthinking for a little while now. I want to share that if you start listening to these affirmations, meditate for 10minutes every day, you can assure yourself that you will find peace in the long term. I would suggest downloading headspace and practicing the take ten trial meditations. Listening to these affirmations on walks in nature in the morning and before bed had a big impact on me as well. You will begin to see with meditation, that you are not in the present moment when you are experiencing bad thoughts. Gently, tap the bad thought away (I envision a feather tapping a bulb) and come back to the present moment. You start to realize that you can always come back to the moment, and the longer you can stay in the moment, the more you start to get it. Very beautiful video. You voice and timing between each affirmatiom is key as to why this video is so successful. I was in the middle of a brrakdown. The first time I listened to this I felt nauseous and felt like throwing up because I felt so overwhelmed listening to words that were contradictory to what my mind was telling me. So when I first listened to this my mind was fighting me to not believe these words. My body kept shaking when I first listenned to this loke I had PTSD. I decided to listen to it again at night befire sleep. I slept that night and rested well after having stressed induced insomnia for the past week bbn prior to listening to this. This is now 3rd day listening twice a day and I can now listen to it and repeat without feeling triggered. Throughout the day if I feel anxiety my mind takes over and I start saying these affirmations in my head automatically without thinking about it. This brings down my anxiety. I use to think thay anxiety was related to physical health and not managing stress well, but now I see that anxiety has everything to do with low self esteem. I actually thought I had a high self esteem kid you not! But now I see that I had a lot of self doubt, guilt which made me overcompensated and become a perfectionost, and full of fear. Thanks to this video I feel like my anxiety is gone. I honestly cant believe it. I have been listening for over a month, and I was very bad. The thing that I am the most in awe with is that my anxiety came from my inner dialogue and I had no idea. I thought it was hormonal, vitamin deficiencies, situational, etc. I learned that those things I mentioned can really hurt you and give you anxiety IF your inner dialague is weak. But it only takes one time for your subconscious to take in what this video says and trust me, your mind will thank you and your body will benefit from it. I try other videos but I always come back to this one. Now I am going to try to translate it in another language to help a friend who lives in another country so that she can read out loud everything this video says.

First time listening to this. It is honestly better than any sort of therapy. After a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy, my mental state of mind has deteriorated- dramatically. Suffering from panic and anxiety attacks every single day! After listening to this- I am determined to make myself better. Take charge- I can do it!! Oh yes yes, and for our reactions too right? My life really took a great turn since November 2017 when I was exposed to Attitudinal Healing. This coupled with some great books I was reading like the 4 Agreements and all. I also discovered Wayne Dyer, Ekhart Tolle and much more. You out there are so lucky to have all these people and easier access to their works. Back here in my country Cameroon and Africa in general, a lot of emphasis is put on religion and the deaming of the 'I Am' on favour of a relying and leaving it all to 'God' and recently to your pastor of 'MOG' (Man of God as they are popular known). Listened to this for the first time tonight & repeated each affirmation as you said them. I have been dealing with an insane amount of anxiety & overwhelming panic that seems to come from nowhere & it started around mercury retrograde. Besides singing, which tends to take my mind off of the physical sensations in my body, this has helped immensely! It feels like the tenseness is drawing itself out of my body as I say each affirmation. Right now it’s sort of settled in my arms. But overall, I feel much more relaxed.

Now after covid frantic.. i don't have relationship, but I excersise every day, work, and have a dog, i try to listen to this whenever i can, but not every day. And it helps not to fall into darkness for long time. Okay, so here is my personal verdict as a sufferer of anxiety. If you DO follow the instructions and listen to it twice daily it works wonders. I am going to bring this into my therapy session this week and have her listen to a bit of it. I have listened to it for over a month, and have been able to really live above the anxiety.

These affirmations have helped me so much recently. I have been living with anxiety- mainly hypochondria- for over 5 years. In December I experienced the loss of a child and it brought panic attacks back. These do work. 1000%. There is no doubt about it. We gain our habits whether good or bad through repetition and friends we allow to influence us.. knowingly or unknowingly.. Through the environments we're in..We learn through practice and in that we use repetition to learn music, curriculum, presentations, our skill sets..we repeat behaviors and patterns through our lives through repetition of similar experiences..These affirmations are no different. When listening to them enough we are choosing to react differently, feel differently, do differently, produce differently.. Live differently.. It takes about 22 days for a habit to stick.. but it can take only a few days to feel a difference.. keep going until it is a reaction.. until you no longer feel the emotions that bring you down.. You have control of how you feel through food you eat and those you don't. You have control of your emotions and behaviors equally by placing regard and heavy importance on what environments you allow yourself to be in... we gain much more than we bargain for at times without knowing it. Just as we can bring ourselves down with our influences we can bring ourselves out.

I have been listening to this every morning and night for 16 days now. My aim is to get to 21 days. I can honestly say I have seen and felt a difference within myself. I am much more confident with being myself and I defo recommend anyone to try this out for 21 days! I will probably still continue to listen to this as I find it relaxing and gives me comfort from any worrying thoughts. To anyone who is listening to this video for the first time, give it a go!

I have struggled with bipolar, anxiety, ptsd and panic disorder for a long time. Also agoraphobia, just not as long, but still it's been years with it. Today was hard, really, really hard. I did a guided meditation but I couldn't focus, my head was pounding, I was too dizzy and I was sure I was having a heart attack. I've dealt with this long enough to know its probably panic, but it doesn't help in the moment. Found this and listened to it for an hour. It truly helped!! Thank you I feel like I need to listen again now, and I'm going to every day. Thank you so much for this!!

I have been suffering with anxiety and depression ever since I can remember. I grew up in foster care since I was 5 & aged out so my childhood played a huge role. Today is my 7th day, I started off with mindfulness meditation then I did more research and started yoga, affirmations, and jump rope. My mind was so out of control that I had to dedicate the first few days to those 4 things. In just as little as 7 days I noticed a difference. When he says “I love myself” it makes me want to cry because not long ago I would’ve rolled my eyes and just thought yeah yeah, long story short this was the best decision I ever made. I hope I’m able to help at least one person with my journey, good luck guys!♥️

I've been using this for a while on my iPod. Lately, I've started doing the opposite of what you instruct at the beginning... Instead of relaxing, I've been running while listening and repeating out loud every affirmation. I get strange looks from the neighbors but it works awesome!

i love that, that is awesome. it must feel great to step outside of worrying so much what others will think. i think that is a big block for most of us towards becoming more positive. it isn't as 'cool' to be positive as it is to be negative i guess

I found Anxiety Guy in 2018 when I was pregnant and had suddenly discontinued my anxiety medication. I would listen to this everyday when pregnant and having a panic attack. I still listen to this when I’m anxious and it helps every time. I believe this video in particular helped me through a very rough time in my life. Thank you for making these and helping others ❤

I'm really grateful I found you and these daily affirmations. I know I've had anxiety for a long time already, but I recently faced the fact that it affects every single aspect of my life, it's way more common that I thought and has made me take decisions without giving 100% of my potential a TON of times. I am normally a well mentally trained individual, happy, optimistic and self aware. I felt the energy of anger, resentment, and depression, creep and I quickly knew that I needed to feed the mind, as all pain starts there.
