The thing that makes the Warden so much fun to watch is that she tends to be a mostly solo hero, who strives for and often accomplishes level 6, that ult matters, and Warden is actually good enough to make it happen. I’m sure there are lots of fun Melon-games where there are various solo heroes into big level 6 plays, but not as many Grubby-games other than Warden. Is she the only tryhard hero where solo 6 is common?

She is, due to her problems with Mana and need constant drinking from moon wells. She needs to rush lvl quicker than opponents able to advance Tech upping.

@@saimyintmyat9373 I think that's only half of it. There are plenty of other heroes which aren't good with others. But they're typically just not-good overall. Warden is both (1) better alone (2) actually good enough to play.

Actually, back when foggy (Ukrainian ne ) played and posted KZbin videos, he used against hu most of his games warden + tinker. Worked insanely well since you basically kill entire hu army if you manage to reach both lvl3. Very fun to play

I'm an Orc player but honestly warden is my favorite hero to play. I have never cared if she was "meta" or not or if I was more likely to secure a win with demon hunter or some other hero. To me, she is the most "fun" hero to play as.

I think you're holding onto Ring of Superiority too long, for example at 10:35 where you sell Ring of Protection instead of it. The item barely does anything, and it's important to remember that for NE, armor = mana regeneration. The less moon juice we're putting into healing, the more we can use for mana. The extra armor will pay for the slight mana from Ring of Superiority very quickly.

Hello Grubby, amazing game against that human. primo warden stuff, even with all those bashes he got. on the DH games, I would recommend mana burning any priests in creep camps, that vastly increases creep time when you have DH w/ burn. totally worth your 50 mana.

Also, warden benefits a lot from getting higher levels. Level 3 fan of knives plus ultimate is fantastic, especially against an enemy that didn’t go T3. Compare that to other heroes where, while ultimates and level 3 skills are good, they are not necessarily as good as the utility of a second hero with more level 1 or 2 skills which also provide lots of value. Single hero at T3 means you will level much quicker.
