Perfect weather with perfect conditions made for a perfect ride! I'm beyond thankful to Robert for taking me on an awesome adventure through the Ocala National Forest. It was great to see him rip his Husqvarna on his favorite trail. Thankfully he didn't drop me too bad! It was an unforgettable experience and I cant wait to go back!

Love that 2 stroke sound too! Great mixture of sound! Oh and yeah them trials are quite bushy! I would have been a lil skeptical too so definitely safety first!! We can't watch good trial riding if you get hurt! Staying tuned!!💯💪

That's awesome you got to ride there. ONF, that's where I grew up. I used to ride there almost every weekend for many years. That first pond you came to is called blue sink. Awesome place to swim and cool off when its blazing hot lol. Great vid and the pipe sounds sweet!! 👍👍 Oh and yeah, you gotta watch out for the DNR there if you get off the designated trails. Years ago you could ride all over the ONF and at night as well which was really cool. Anyway great vids as always!! Keep them coming. 👍👍

It would be crazy to swim in one of those ponds! Robert said a lot of them are sink holes and that people dive them. It was about 65 degrees that day or I'm sure I would've wanted to jump in lol It was an epic ride and I was glad we didn't have any issues with the DNR. They may not of approved of my decibel amount 😅Riding at night there would be wild too. I would definitely want a nice light bar for that. I'm glad you enjoyed the video 😊

What's up man. I've been wanting to get a ATV and I've been looking at a polaris phoenix 200 but its 4000$. What's your thoughts and should I get it? And are there any good atvs for 14 year olds that you reccomend? Let me know
@PeteHager
@PeteHager 4 жыл бұрын
Hey Darren. Is this your first ATV?? A 200 may be a good starting point but I fear it could be physically small for you since I’m sure your still growing. $4k is a lot of money for that type of machine. You must have found a really new example. If your looking for more of a sport ATV than starting with a 400 may be a better route. They’re plenty fast and also very easy to ride. You can grow into them as your abilities progress. Honda 400ex’s are very affordable, reliable, and have tons of aftermarket parts available. They are a manual with a clutch but you would be surprised how fast you’ll learn. If the 400 seems overkill you could look for a 300ex as well. I would stay away from Polaris since there’s rarely any aftermarket available and customizing your machine is half the fun! Hope this is helpful and good luck with your purchase! 🤘

Hey Josh. I picked up my Raptor in August of 2018 and started making ride videos again when the new Hero 7 came out late October 2018. My channel is older from high school and at the time I had about 2,000 old subscribers from the years. By the spring of 2019 I had over 30,000 subscribers. My main focuses early on were smooth footage and no wind noise. I just wanted to take the time to do the simple things that a lot of ride videos struggle with. Things were kinda slow at first but the key to building the following was putting myself on camera (which was nerve racking lol) and getting a microphone. Commentating my rides helped this grow really fast. Not only does the viewer get to know me but I also get way better engine audio with the motovlog microphone set up. Adding some additional footage from a tripod set up and occasional drone footage adds more to the content as well. I just try to make fun ride videos to promote our sport! If you take the time to get the quality figured out the views will follow. This video for example took me upwards to 30 hours to create. I'm kinda picky 😆 Hope this is helpful!

@@PeteHager never heard of it?, you can switch up without using the clutch. It is from dynojet, the name is quick shifter it works great and you are fast

Thanks man! I’ll look it up and see if I find any videos. I honestly don’t mind using the clutch, running the gears is a lot of fun! I appreciate your recommendation. There’s definitely a lot of parts that would help in a drag racing scenario but I’m not too critical of how well I drag race. It’s all in good fun 😅😊

Awesome video and cool place to ride! Any chance you could give me the address to a trail head or parking lot in that area? Been looking into riding out there just can’t seem to get any good info on where to actually go.

I wish I had a better idea of how to get where we rode. That pond we stopped at in the beginning is called "the blue sink" This link brings you to National Forest website www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/ocala/recarea/?recid=40379 If you look just northwest of the pond on the map you'll see the start of "South Loop." I'm pretty sure thats where the first twisty trail started.

I dont unfortunately. I know that lake/pond is called "the blue sink" if you find that area you'll most likely find the trail we rode. It started about 5 minutes from there
