Dude I just wanna say. I've never owned a sports quad (or any sports machine for that matter) until about 3 months ago. I took it to the dunes for the first time and I cannot believe how exhausted I was from that machine. It took so much out of me on my first day I could barely hold the quad by the end. She beat me up so bad. Cant wait to do it again though, I wanna get used to it.

@YerzengaPerformance I'm not sure what caused your opinion to be so negative but unfortunately your perspective is all wrong. I've been obsessed with sport quads for over 20 years, so I would think that qualifies me as an enthusiast and not a "fake". I've never claimed to be professional, instead I put myself in the experienced category as I've ridden a diverse array of terrains and a variety of machines over the years. I've gotten sport ATV's 10's of millions of views over the last 5 years and helped influence hundreds people to buy new machines. Many of which have messaged me personally to share in their excitement. I don't race because I don't need to race to make a living riding ATV's. I ride for fun, for the sense of adventure, and freedom. A small percentage of ATV riders race compared to the masses that ride recreationally. If you really want to save sport ATV's, then we need more consumers purchasing them to ride rather than purchasing SXS's to drive. We need to sell 10's of thousands of units. Not a couple thousand to the dedicated racing scene. I've raced in a variety of sports for the majority of my life and have nothing to prove, nor gain by racing ATV's. Good luck with your negative attitude and quite frankly it's riders like yourself that tend to spread toxicity and discourage others from participating.

Fun video Pete, epic group ride.what made you really wanna sell the YFZ I don’t think I’ve ever heard you talk about it or maybe I missed it or don’t remember?
@PeteHager5 ай бұрын
Hey Joey, I decided to sell the YFZ because I wasn't riding it very often. Once I did the long travel upgrade to the Raptor it really became the ultimate do it all machine for me. The only place I really prefer the YFZR is on an actual MX track. I do however miss having it for the occasional rip. I can always get another one some day 😊

If someone could help, what is a great replacement shock set (3) for worn out shocks on a 2006 Raptor 700R ? I'm looking for cost effective, all 3, with adjustments and a low spring rate because I'm a lightweight rider. Please link me, Thanks !!
@PeteHager5 ай бұрын
Jogaca Suspension is popular and well known within the Raptor community. Otherwise you could hit up Rocket Ron as well. There's a lot of reputable shock builds to choose from so it really depends on your budget/needs.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose a quad over a dirtbike?
@PeteHager5 ай бұрын
I'm good at crashing dirt bikes 😂 actually in all honesty when I was in my early teen's I saw my first Huevo's riding video and found myself having way more fun watching quads being ridden then watching dirt bikes. I remember watching the front suspension and power sliding footage thinking they looked like a ton of fun.

@@PeteHager yea I watch your videos and it looks like a blast. I used to have a dirt bike. I want to get back on the dirt but I am torn between quad or dirt bike
