I remember reading in the Bible many of the things that were deemed unclean and how a person had to purify themselves. Finally, are there plans to continue excavating the stepped path from the pool up to where the Temple stood? Thank you. Dominus vobiscum.

Unfortunately most people have failed to understand the true meaning of the healing stories. The water in the pool represents the water of the word which opens our blinded eyes so we can see in the spirit. And the same word opens our deaf hears so we can hear the voice of the spirit. Everything is the NT is a hidden allegory and not meant to be taken literally. The death is to our carnal flesh not literal flesh. Death to to our will on our own cross. This is the propitiation for our sins. No one else did it for us as we were told many times in the OT.
@danny.the.digger
@danny.the.digger 2 жыл бұрын
I do like the first part of the explanation ! And I will add that by performing the healing miracles at the pools of Siloam and Bethesda, Jesus redefines them from a place of purifying to a place of healing, and a specific healing so one could hear and see the new messianic message!💪

Yes Water is the word. Jesus first spits (water) on the earth to make mud to place on the eyes. Mud is the Word (water) mixed with earthly teachings. That is why when mud was put on eyes he was still blind. The man was sent (silom) by Christ to wash in pure water (Word no earth) only then he could see.

In John 9:7 it is said that the blind man was sent to Siloam. It could mean that Jesus wasn't even there. --> 6 After saying this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes. 7 “Go,” he told him, “wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing. Also in John 9:11 --> He replied, “The man they call Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. He told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed, and then I could see.” How sure are we that Jesus entered Jerusalem through Siloam? Are there more referrals than the Bible?

New Covenant Whole Gospel: Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Watch the KZbin videos “The New Covenant” by David Wilkerson, or Bob George, and David H.J. Gay.

Please explain what you mean by your comment. What does clicking the like button on a video have to do with the 3rd commandment of not taking the Lord's name in vain?

Man! What a total Fail…. That’s a long walk from the pool of Siloam to the Temple Mount. By the time they reach their destination they are already sweaty and dirty and will deem not pure to enter the so called ‘temple’. And how about the animal sacrifices? Would you mean they will bring their cattle, goats and sheep by the thousands? Walking is such distance? That’s logistically difficult and very inconvenient.

@@danny.the.digger The only logical answer is that the true location of Solomon’s temple is near the Pool of Siloam. Early Jews would need easy access of running water needed for worship and animal sacrifices.

First time watching your video but disappointed with what I believe you said, “Oh my God” when you saw corn for sale in store by steps leading up to Temple Mount. I don’t know about you but I believe God’s Name is holy and we should not indiscriminately say it unless we are worshipping Him. I did see you on Sergio and Rhoda’s YT channel and for that reason I am subscribed to your channel as well.

GOD is a generic name for a deity. Not a specific name of a specific one

@@danny.the.digger nice try. Third commandment, “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.” There is only one God after all, no generic about it. It is a bad habit to break as I have gone through same thing.

Very surprised to hear blasphemy on a video with Jesus name in the title. 10:19 Under Jewish law you would be stoned for such language. Leviticus 24:16 NKJV And whoever blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall certainly stone him, the stranger as well as him who is born in the land. When he blasphemes the name of the LORD, he shall be put to death. It was prophesied that in the last days men would speak like this. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 NKJV But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: [2] For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, [4] traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [5] having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 1 John 2:3-4 NKJV Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. [4] He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

@@danny.the.digger There is only one God. When you use the term God you are referring to YHWH so there is no difference. Unless you are going to try to say you’re referring to false gods which would make you an idolater. Why stand up for wickedness? Why not forsake anything that could even possibly have the slightest amount of disobedience towards Him? Isn’t He worthy? Hebrews 12:1 NKJV Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
