I hope you are getting the blue clay stuff analyzed. In 1849 the miners in Nevada had a difficult time separating their blue clay from the gold they were panning someone finally had it assayed and it turned out to be a high grade silver bonanza which turned into the Comstock Lode. My dad always told me if you not sure test it one way or another.
@huseinbeganovic48004 жыл бұрын
I got a question, i am a long time follower and learner, so i test panned the tracks on the hill of my land and theres fine gold, micro and flakes on the tracks and in the brocken quartz that I crushed and panned, the river worn rocks are all over the place (leading all the way up the hill/mountain the river worn rocks start from 70 meters above the present river so far i found it up to 140 meters up I am yet to go all the way up to check and i plan to check the other side and the gullies and creeks , but the river worn gravels are long and wide, too wide to be the ancient river unless the ancient river bed moved over the ages from the top to the bottom, what does that mean?), after surgeries i hope i am in better shape because i plan to do everyrhing i learned from you guys relating finding the lode, if there is one... unless its an ancient river bed that moved down over the ages. I am located on a belt of gold spanning 80 and a width of about 25 km or so with rich history, females were dredging the banks and getting 60- 70 ponces per week back 170 years ago, mines and shafts all over the place

Thanks for your informative videos,im from south africa and found a lot of dark red stones that is magnetic,(in a river) is it possible that gold could be totally coated in iron.

I always thought Spahlerite was red to gold! ~( ,m,)~ NOW I wonder hos much sphalerite I might have been overlooking! ~( 'w')/ Would it be too much to ask for a zoom-in on a sample of dark mingled sphalerite? I would like to see if maybe what I have might be a dark version of sphalerite and not just black iron oxide...

Is it not legal to carry a side arm for protection from animals in the wild?
@911mining4 жыл бұрын
Side arm no, rifle yes only thing is packing the extra weight and awkwardness of a rifle when your already carrying 40 pounds through the bushes is not ideal.
@jeffberlin41794 жыл бұрын
911 Mining & Prospecting Maybe a can of bear spray might offer some protection. I'm sure it would be effective for cougars also. I hunt so I understand how heavy a rifle can get carrying it around all day.
@911mining4 жыл бұрын
@@jeffberlin4179 yes we have bear spray and bear bangers always. Wish a side arm was legal still though..

I fallow both you channels. May I ask why you have two? They seem similar.... just curiosity’s sake really.
@911mining4 жыл бұрын
We originally had one for just extra clips but now we are trying to separate mineral from placer, partially because half the people only want mineral and half only want placer. Another reason is our second channel is also going to be used for a different style video for when we try to option properties, we can link videos and show there company geologists some things before they come to the property.

A lot of the roads are washed out (mostly bridges). Also when logging is done they decommission all there roads and sometimes its impossible to get by, we have access to quads but, still while we can get permission sometimes landowners aren't happy with any motorized vehicles on there land, especially smaller logging companies, A lot of times we go on foot just because it's easier. Unless it's way to far.

Think there might have been hyper thermal vents of gold and iron risen to a point where they are now being washed down mountain waterways? ( I don't know; I don't get out much and can't figure out a lotta stuff in one sitting....)
