You should remove the blue plastic on the earbuds then charge it thats why it aint working because it wasnt charge

Remember when you guys buy earbuds check the under of the earbuds charging spot if theres a blue plastic remove it

You can try factory reset on the pair/ and try to unpair then pair the baseus, my problem is I don't know why my baseus buds can't charge

I have the same problem. Used it for only 1 month then it stopped working. The light turns on when connected to a charger. But I can't turn it on, no light indicator appears (red or blue). I put it on charger, light turns red again.

Acionei a Baseus pelo Ali. Eles negaram mas como estava no prazo de garantia de 1 ano, chegamos a um acordo e paguei o frete 35 Reais e eles me enviaram um novo.

@@marcomontenegro9691 Entendi. Então não resolveu o problema do que estava estragado, mas ao menos conseguiu um novo. Eu tenho um e meu irmão outro, o dele deu problema e estava tentando resolver. Mas grato de qualquer forma.
