I have 2020 suburban i’ve replaced ride height, sensors, compressor, four shocks and calibration and to this day still rides very stiff Any idea? Is there any way I can take it somewhere you know in Southern California

If they are aftermarket shocks, that could be the issue. Cause I know OEM shocks are like $700 a piece. Best bet is to take it to an actual Chevy Dealership. Sorry I don't know any one personally down south.

@@showmemechanics everything is OEM. I already took it to two different dealerships and they weren’t able to find the issue. Thar solution that I was given is to replace everything again with them to make sure everything would be fine, but warranty it would fix the problem

Does anyone know the GM/AC DELCO part number for the front shocks for a 2007 Tahoe LTZ with suspension option RPO CODE Z55 and 22” wheels? I can’t seem to find the correct one. The dealer wants $748/each thanks

Appreciate the video man. I will also add, the front shocks are not Air Ride at all. GM uses Magneride Struts (Often BWI Group or Delphi ) - Z55 and Z95 are the two models GM uses - Air Suspension is ONLY on the rear unless 2022+. In your case, you have Z95 struts. (Different top connection) Whats happening here is the fluid in the front struts have magnetic composites mixed in the oil. This allows the electronic module to monitor all 4 wheels using all 4 height control sensors. The system works by sending independent electrical currents to each shock or strut as needed. So if one side of the truck is hitting a sieres of pot holes while the other side is smooth, it will slow the damping down just on the 2 wheels needed. The problem with this system is over time, the metal composites get stuck in the tiny holes in the piston of the strut. Thus locking / Seizing up the entire strut. The struts are junk when this happens. (I see this every month on 3rd get Escalades here in Minneapolis.) This is an issue I see / read about happening to almost every 3rd Gen + Escalade, Tahoe, Suburban ECT after 100K

You just need a scanner that can access the suspension control module. I have a 2016 LtZ, here at shop ordered the Bilsten 5100 that does not have the wires like the oem is there any way to get around that
