Wow. Food is information. I love that analogy, it makes me rethink all the information I've been inputting to my body.

This podcast is amazing, I will be sharing this with my friends and family! I appreciate how real you all are, all of your suggestions makes sense and are doable. I'm not a fan of diets and have been eating intuitively as a lifestyle and this podcast has solidified my decision 😊 Thank you all for your time!

This has been SO helpful! I never really thought deeply about how calories aren't made equal. I've always been the type to choose less and try to skate by on foods that may not even be healthy. Thank you for educating me and helping me to improve my relationship with food!❤

Podcast topic suggestion: body positivity with fitness and nutrition, e.g., what if I'm healthy on the inside, strong, etc, but no matter what I do with diet, I still have a little bit of chub? Or what if I look great on the outside, but I have high cholesterol on the inside? It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on that and body image vs. health in general. I hope this makes sense! Love you both. I've gotten the best results by consistently following your workouts and advice for 2+ years! ❤🔥

I 👏🏾 NEEDED 👏🏾 THIS👏🏾 ❗️❗️❗️ Such good information. I'm at a plateau, and I know my nutrition (probably not eating enough nor eating the right nutrients often enough) and my recovery/sleep are probably the 2 biggest contributing factors. Thank Y'ALL!!! ❤️

Great episode! Your experience with all the celebratory dinners helped me understand what happened to me on vacation this fall. Ive gotten used to clean eating and while on vacay I was eating so many things I dont normally eat, that by day 6 of our 8 day vacay, My body was feeling so off. And it took a few days back home before I began to feel my normal self again. Now I realize that my body was trying to tell me something. Also Toya, I cant stand cottage cheese either. I tried because everyone kept spouting the protein factor and all that, but I hate it. 🤢 I’ll just have the yogurt, thanks.

Thanks for your honesty and knowledge. It is so important to continue the idea that one-size-fits all works with no individual or health field. I am so glad we are moving away from ideas like "the best workout" "the best diet"... I work in the Sleep Field and unfortunately, the one-size-fits all is still heavy and I hope the change will happen soon for adult sleep but also for child sleep where it is heavy and so one sided. You guys are voices for change, and it matters.

Thank you so much for this podcast. Re alcohol I can’t tolerate it very well because of my fibromyalgia. It sends me into a flare up. I feel absolutely awful for almost a week. Also if I have too much sugar, it sends me into a flare up. It took a long time to figure that one out.

You guys are great! I used to be a fitness instructor 15 years and you spoke the truth about the food a lot of people don't get it that you have to eat right plus exercise exercising alone it's not going to help you lose the weight so good stuff.

Thankyou both for another great episode. It's so true that what we eat can have such an effect on how our bodies feel. Not just physically. When your body feels off and lethargic through what you are eating, it brings your mood down too. I am looking forward to Episode 6 already ❤❤

Hi Juice & Toya, I know the importance of keeping active, particularly strength training as well as proper food/nutrition/information - (non-negotiable). What's the importance of sleep/rest?

You both are wonderful:) I love your channels and everything that you do is amazing:) I was wondering if maybe for one podcast episode, if you can discuss mental health and how you both maintain and take care of it:) P.S. Thank you for all that you do❤

@Juice & Toya SUPPLEMENTS SUPPLEMENTS…I worry about getting all the nutrients I need and whether I need SUPPLEMENTS. Anytime I ask my doctor he says I don’t need them, but I struggle with eating nutritious meals regularly. 😖 so confused 🫤. Also, struggle with understanding/knowing if my food is making me feel good or bad, energetic or sluggish, etc.
